Gelcotes Of All Base Resins
Gelcoats are prefilled systems, which are used as a finishing layer on an FRP product. Gelcoats provide continuous colored surfaces without any subsequent finishing operation. Since it reproduces the mould surface exactly, the gelcoating procedure eliminates the fiber pattern which is sometimes objectionable in FRP parts.
The following types of Gelcoats will be available off the shelf with us (most of them):
- GP Gelcoat ( Hand Layup/ Sprayup)
- ISO Gelcoat
- ISO NPG Gelcoat
- UV Stabilized, Fire Retardant (FR) and Vinylester Gelcoats will be available on demand
- Gel-coats provides good impact resistance
